Historical Staffordshire Capital At Washington Medallion soup plate with Jefferson and Lafayette. With a snippet of Aqueduct Bridge at Rochester on the bottom. These particular vine leaf border medallion plates are harder to find than the ones by Andrew Stevenson. This particular one is from Ralph Stevenson’s Vine Leaf Border Series.
