Staffordshire Pearlware Tankard with a transfer of The World In Planisphere. A very rare early mug with what I am told is a late 18th century map of the World. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs but there is a few very small wear marks on the one map. It measures 3 1/2” in diameter by 5 1/8” tall. Definitely is one that you don’t see all that often. Would be great for an early map collector or pottery collector.
