Historical Staffordshire blue well and tree platter with view of “Lake George State of New York” from Enoch Wood and Sons Celtic China series. This a particularly scarce view to obtain and we have owned for nearly 30 years. This platter is pictured in a book that features all pieces from our collection at the time called “Historical Staffordshire American Patriots and Views” by Jeffery Snyder. It displays very well with a professionally repaired break on the well side and a short line on the left side. It measures 14 7/8” by 19” and dates circa 1835.
