Staffordshire blue transfer soup plate with a Lion from the “Quadrupeds” series by Hall. Although it does have a slightly different mark and could be a different potter. Central view showing a Lion hunting its prey and the border with 4 vignettes of other animals. We have 2 available and both are in perfect condition. They measures 10 1/8” in diameter and date circa 1825.
