Staffordshire creamware Liverpool pitcher with polychrome transfers of American Interest. On one side shows another American ship and on the reverse shows a transfer titled “Map of The East Coast”. Normally not a transfer that is seen in color. Shows Washington, Lady Liberty and Ben Franklin with a map/American Flag. Under the spout shows a large eagle and shield with a Jefferson quote. Pretty neat pitcher all the way around. Does have some slightly older repairs that have changed slightly in color but still displays well. Looks like there was a small chip to the rim, spout tip and short hairline repair. It measures 8 3/8” tall by 8 3/4” from the tip of the spout to the handle and dates circa 1800.
