Staffordshire blue transfer beaded rim bowl with a Lion from the “Quadrupeds” series by Hall. Shows a central view of Lion with 4 vignettes of animals in the border. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. Does have a little in the making imperfection on the rim. Pretty scarce form in this series. It measures 2” tall by 9 1/4” in diameter and dates circa 1825.
